About The Position

The role involves managing patient and employee concerns professionally, ensuring a clean and organized work area, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification required.
• Management/Supervisor Experience Required.
• High school graduate or equivalent required, Higher degree Preferred.
• Minimum of two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Extensive use of EMRs.
• Demonstrates good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated technical competence.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities
