Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of practical work experience in the field.
  • Educational experience that exceeds the level of instruction.
  • Previous teaching experience (highly desired).
  • Proficiency in various medical procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures and vital signs.
  • Proficiency in dosage calculations helpful.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Participate in campus activities, events and meetings, assist with maintenance of an orderly classroom, and contribute to a positive campus culture.
