About The Position

Develop and teach phlebotomy skills to internal and external participants. Manage daily operations and organization of the internal CCL phlebotomy class, external CCL class for outside entities, and phlebotomy externships.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• At least 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Business writing skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Coaching/teaching skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and schedules
• Professional conduct with team members, customers, and staff
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record per CompuNet standards
• Must meet all physical requirements of the phlebotomist role, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and full range of motion (sitting, standing, bending)
• Frequent repetitive hand movements when using computers
• Exposure to biohazardous materials and hazardous chemicals
• Adhere to company safety, ergonomic, and health policies
• Comply with PPE requirements in labs and biohazard areas
• Complete safety training and health evaluations on time
• Identify and address safety hazards and promote safety awareness

Nice To Haves

• Phlebotomy certification preferred
