The position of Phlebotomist involves working in a plasma center, where you will assist in determining the suitability of donors, establish rapport with them, and ensure their comfort and confidentiality. You will also monitor donor health and equipment quality, operate automated plasmapheresis machines, and handle contaminated equipment safely.
