About The Position

The Phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining satisfactory blood specimens and for assisting in performing routine analysis by performing clerical, computer, and limited technical duties. The incumbent is subject to weekends, holidays, and on-call duty as assigned. This position is part-time, with working hours from 5:00 am to 10:00 am, Monday through Friday. The role offers health benefits, paid time off, and holiday pay starting on day one.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy registered certification (American Society of Clinical Pathologist or other accepting certifying agency) preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training course.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain satisfactory blood specimens.
• Assist in performing routine analysis.
• Perform clerical and computer duties.
• Handle limited technical duties as required.
