High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Minimum of 6 months recent phlebotomy experience - Required
Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification - Required
CPT (Certified Phlebotomist Technician) Certification - Required
IV Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire date - Required

Nice To Haves

Associate college degree in a medical field - Strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee electronic lab orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all patients.
Administer and record injections.
Assist with IV administration and documentation.
Conduct lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws.
Cross-train to cover various clinic areas, including medical assistance and front desk duties as required.
Perform other tasks as directed by the provider or manager.
Utilize problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address patient complaints.
Attend scheduled departmental staff and clinical meetings.
Ensure full compliance with OnePeak Medical's Employee Handbook and the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Binder in carrying out all duties and services.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support OnePeak Medical.
