About The Position

The phlebotomist will draw blood and collect specimens from patients in our medical offices. Duties and Responsibilities The duties include, but are not limited to: Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for various tests Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate manner Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis at the lab Provide excellent customer service to all patients Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Consensus Health is a leading physician-owned and -governed medical group, comprised of New Jersey-based independent primary care providers and specialty doctors. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid Phlebotomy Certification required
  • A minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience required
  • Experience drawing blood from all age groups
  • Strong customer service skills
