How you’ll contribute A Phlebotomist who excels in this role: Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing. Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques. Maintains equipment and medical supplies. Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors. What we’re looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and an approved nationally accredited training course in phlebotomy (preferred). Additional requirements include: Certification from ASCP or NHA preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire Formal phlebotomy training preferred Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action More about Beckett Springs Beckett Springs is a 48-bed behavioral health hospital that has been offering exceptional care to the West Chester community for over 10 years. Requirements

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• Basic Life Support (BLS) to be obtained within 30 days of hire
