About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy phlebotomy team at New Cross Hospital. 1x 17.5 hour positions - 5 hour shift rotations working across the Emergency Department. Phlebotomy and cannulation skills are essential for this role. You must be committed to delivering a high standard of service in line with our Trust values. Phlebotomy duties include taking blood samples from patients, labelling tubes, and the storing of samples for Pathology. Advert The post holder will be responsible to work as part of a team in the Phlebotomy Department and will be required to carry out phlebotomy and cannulation duties within the Emergency Department. The phlebotomy Practitioner will be expected to respond positively to the changing demands of the service.
