Collect blood samples from patients in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of equipment and work area
Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
Travel to outside medical offices within the Jacksonville, FL region to perform phlebotomy services
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure a positive experience
Other Duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
Previous experience as a phlebotomist required, prefer at least 6 months
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Flexibility to travel within the Jacksonville, FL region as needed
Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
