About The Position

The Phlebotomist assists and supports the licensed clinical care team members by providing phlebotomy services in an ambulatory care environment. This role is responsible for performing multiple duties related to specimen collection and handling in a medical office setting, while consistently utilizing the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient and team member interaction. The position is integral to MemorialCare's commitment to patient-centric, affordable, and high-quality healthcare.

Requirements

One (1) year minimum of phlebotomy work experience.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Certificate of Phlebotomy Technician (CPT).
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider.

Nice To Haves

One (1) year minimum of pediatric phlebotomy.
Certificate from Accredited Medical Assistant Program.

Responsibilities
