The Phlebotomist will provide services which include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Therefore, the contractor shall be capable of performing all necessary Phlebotomist procedures without technical support. Attire The Phlebotomist is expected to wear professional clothing while on duty (only scrub uniforms or cargo pants/polo shirts are approved). The attire worn shall also be appropriate for the correctional environment in which the contract employee will be performing. W orking Hours The working hours for the Phlebotomist will normally be between 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These hours may be adjusted to meet the institution's needs. The contractor should not exceed 40 hours per week.
