POSITION SUMMARY: The Phlebotomist collects blood samples using techniques to obtain specimens for the performance of various blood and chemical analyses.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Phlebotomy certification from an approved phlebotomy training program, required
- Must provide a license number with an expiration date and certificate
- Must maintain certification as required by certifying body
