About The Position
Summary of Performance Expectations. Performs venous punctures to collect blood specimens for analysis.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved phlebotomy program or minimum of three months experience.
- No previous experience required if certified in phlebotomy.
- One year of experience in an approved laboratory.
- Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
