Requirements
- Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience in blood collection and specimen handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 1:30 pm
