About The Position

Seeking a phlebotomist to work FT in the lab. Responsible for obtaining patient blood and other body fluid specimens. Must have a working knowledge of laboratory test names and to be able to collect specimens using proper standard precautions and evaluate the appearance and appropriateness of the sample. Must be able to demonstrate competency in the collections of specimens with patients who range in age from infant to geriatric. 1 year hospital training required, phlebotomy certified preferred. Must be customer service oriented and able to multi task.
