We are seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team and support laboratory and clinical operations in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Job Summary: Perform venipuncture, collect and process specimens, and assist with patient care throughout the fertility treatment process. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Requirements
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required
- CPR certification required
- 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and EMR systems
- Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive
- Exposure to blood and bodily fluids
- Fast-paced clinical environment with variable patient volumes
- Requires patience, professionalism, and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Perform routine blood draws and specimen collection
- Label, process, and store specimens for testing
- Assist with in-office procedures including IUI and other treatments
- Maintain supplies, clean and sterilize instruments, and follow quality control procedures
- Room patients, take vital signs, and support clinic operations
- Assist providers and clinical staff as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
