About The Position

This is a long-term career opportunity for a Phlebotomist to join a team in Lexington Mobiles. The role involves assisting volunteer donors with registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. The position requires regular travel with a team to various sites within Kentucky. Paid, job-appropriate (non-certification) training is provided for approximately 10-12 weeks, occurring Monday-Friday. The assigned work schedule will be Monday-Friday with varying hours and regular Sundays off, though employees may be required to work outside normal schedules for special events or business needs. The pay is $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on education and experience, and includes a $1.50 mobile premium.

Requirements

High school diploma/equivalent
Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems
Excellent customer service skills
Reliability
Professionalism
Ability to easily learn new skills and follow standard operating procedures
Ability to work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public
Strong, stable work history
Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required
Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process
