Requirements
- Certificate/Graduate from an academic course of phlebotomy that includes 120 didactic hours (or required by state law).
- Basic Life Support certification
- Certification/registration as determined by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASC5) or AMT as specified in the TO .
- Experience: Completed 1040 hours as a 5hlebotomy Technician within past 3 years .
- Must have performed 50 successful venipuncture and 10 successful skin punctures..
- Licensure/Registration : A current, valid, unrestricted license to practice nursing in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
