About The Position

Work Schedule: 90% FTE 4:00am-4:30pm 3 shifts a week with rotating weekends. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required CPR Certification. Requirements

Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
CPR Certification.
