Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED
• Relevant Experience
• Current Valid Driver's License
• Computer Skills to include use and navigation

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting blood samples from patients by venipuncture or capillary puncture assuming responsibility for their safety and comfort.
• Acquires urine specimens and throat cultures, orders tests, and verifies medical necessity on outpatients.
• Performs clerical and other duties as assigned.
