Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Phlebotomy training or relevant patient care experience
• Certification (or willingness to obtain within 12 months) preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Must meet vaccination requirements (unless approved exemption)
• Background check & drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, finger-sticks, and heel-sticks across all age groups
• Properly collect, label, and process specimens
• Interact with patients in a calm, professional, and compassionate manner
• Assist with lab clerical duties and communication
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in all procedures
