About The Position
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full time Phlebotomist to work in our Laboratory. The incumbent is to collect venous, arterial and capillary blood specimens for analysis by the laboratory technical staff.
Requirements
- Junior College/Technical School strongly preferred.
- At least 6-months experience as a Phlebotomist or certification from an accredited phlebotomy program required
- CPR Certification required
- ABG Certification required
- Score of 75% or greater on Medical Terminology exam required
Nice To Haves
- National Phlebotomy Certification preferred
