Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• MediClear or equivalent HIPAA credential required.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor registration, medical screenings, vital signs, phlebotomy, and related record-keeping.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in verifying and completing daily documentation.
• Report equipment issues or donor concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Assess donor needs throughout the donation process and respond to reactions appropriately.
• Educate donors on blood donation information and procedures.
• Travel to mobile donation sites and support team operations.
