The Phlebotomist Test Coordinator will split clinical and administrative duties, including patient communications regarding draw and timing requirements, and administrative tasks such as accessing patient information and reports in Electronic Medical Record (EMR), scheduling patients, and aligning available blood draw times to clinic requirements. The position allows for work from home time, which must be noted on the timecard and submitted weekly. Responsibilities include tracking and data entry for each draw completed, verifying test requisitions, obtaining blood specimens, maintaining specimen integrity, and ensuring quality results by following department procedures. The coordinator will also work with the assigned field team to maintain and support existing customers, drive completion and efficiency rates, and articulate product specifics to the Natera patient community. The role requires managing logistical requirements, general billing questions, and scheduling pick-ups from courier services.
