Requirements

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician
• BC/BE BLS Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Phlebotomist or a new graduate of a Phlebotomy program/equivalent.

• Board certified Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Perform collection and accessioning of specimens submitted to the Laboratory.
• Provide patient care in accordance with MVRMC policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and visitors.
• Maintain a positive image of Mountainview Regional Medical Center.
