Requirements

Two years of recent experience of drawing blood
Skilled in patient interaction and ability to show empathy when needed
Ensures specimen integrity by adhering to the laboratory's procedures for specimen collection handling and processing.
Outgoing personality with leadership experience
Ability to sell our products and services
Phone skills
Some knowledge of common blood tests
Ability to easily multi-task in a fast pace medical retail environment
Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email.
Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
Utilizes job knowledge, judgment and problem solving skills to ensure quality
Dependable and reliable
