Phlebotomist III
About The Position
This role involves delivering professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs). The Phlebotomist III ensures accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. They communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. This position requires working independently with a consistently low error rate and handling more complex collections and patient/client situations. The Phlebotomist III may also act as a mentor to on-site staff, providing guidance and support, and is expected to demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs) or Client Offices (IOPs)
