About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team in Adairsville, GA. This position is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Certification as a phlebotomist or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures performed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
