About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team in Mount Pleasant, SC. This position requires working Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate collection and handling of specimens for laboratory testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program
• Certification as a phlebotomist (e.g., ASCP, NHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection procedures
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
