We are seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team in Springfield, MO. This position is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. The role requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures performed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as a phlebotomist from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
