About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This is a part-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and may require rotational weekends. The role involves performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a phlebotomist from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care and support during procedures.
