About The Position

The Phlebotomist II position is a part-time role located in Takoma Park, MD. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with rotational weekends required. This position involves performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a phlebotomist.
• Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new staff as needed.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records.
