About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team in Frisco, TX. This is a part-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and may require rotational weekends. The role involves performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a phlebotomist from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures performed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
