About The Position

The Phlebotomist II P/T position is located in Limerick, PA, and involves working part-time hours from Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, plus Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The role requires performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a phlebotomist.
• Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and procedures performed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist in the training of new staff as needed.
