We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. This position requires working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required, although exemptions for medical and religious reasons will be considered if a conditional offer of employment is extended.

Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients
Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Document procedures and maintain accurate records

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a phlebotomy training program
Certification as a phlebotomist preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection

Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual skills are a plus
