Responsibilities also include managing billing information, collecting payments, and processing specimens through labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing them for transport. Beyond patient interaction, the role encompasses non-patient facing duties such as inventory management, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and email communication. Adherence to departmental policies, protocols, and procedures, as well as timely completion of online and in-person training courses, is mandatory. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
