About The Position

We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to join our team in Unionville, CT. This position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with rotational weekends. The role involves performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program.
• Certification as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens from patients.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
