About The Position

The Phlebotomist I P/T position is located in Woodbury Heights, NJ. The schedule includes working on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with an additional Saturday rotation. This role involves performing blood draws and other related tasks in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in phlebotomy or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws on patients in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper identification and labeling of samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
