The Phlebotomist Group Lead position in Mandeville, LA, operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role represents the face of Quest Diagnostics to patients, ensuring that the daily work of the Patient Service Center, Mobile, Long Term Care, and In-Office Phlebotomy is completed accurately and on time. The PSR IV must create an atmosphere of trust and confidence for patients and clients, while also providing support to the Supervisor or Functional Patient Services Manager. Responsibilities include acting as a backup to the Patient Services Supervisor, mentoring new employees, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The role requires handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and may involve travel to various locations as needed.
