About The Position
The Phlebotomist Float role is a temporary position responsible for drawing blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing. This position requires direct patient interaction, creating a trusting environment while ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks across multiple locations. The Phlebotomist Float will also provide leadership and mentorship to new employees and assist in various patient service settings.
