About The Position
Join the lab team in providing exceptional patient care and gain valuable medical skills while playing a critical part in our patients' diagnoses. Uses equipment to collect samples of blood and other fluids from patients; explains procedures to patients and collects information from them in a professional manner. Collects and manages samples of blood and specimens from patients; ensures patient safety during the sample collection process. Records and documents patient information accurately. Follows all standard procedures and safety regulations; deploys asepsis techniques during phlebotomy procedures. Communicates with patients, collecting their health information and answering their questions regarding phlebotomy procedures.
