About The Position

The Phlebotomist 2 at BSWH Medical Center Waxahachie TX is responsible for collecting and processing quality specimens in a safe manner as outlined in BSWH policies and procedures. This role completes the morning run collections, which is a high volume fast-paced process, and aids in the delivery of exceptional patient care. The position also involves assisting with training and auditing of behaviors and performance, as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a national agency certified phlebotomist.
• At least 3 years of hospital experience.
• H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Less than 1 Year of Experience.
