Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum one year of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with urine or hair follicle collection and EKG.
  • Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and examiners by answering telephone inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Research and track client, agent, and field questions, documenting all calls and submitting difficult cases to management.
  • Coordinate activities between client services, agents, and clients, including scheduling applicants with examiners or at PSC sites.
  • Conduct in-center exams, including taking basic vitals, medical histories, venipuncture, urine collection, and EKG.
  • Collect specimens for pre-employment drug screenings and other Quest Diagnostics services.
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Diagnostics management in a professional manner.
  • Observe compliance and safety policies as outlined in the Quest Diagnostics Safety Manual.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
