About The Position
The Philanthropy Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day fundraising activities of the Philanthropy team. This one-year part-time position / internship provides exposure to all aspects of the Trust's fundraising operations including research and prospecting, donor management software, membership and annual giving, special events, and stewardship. The Philanthropy Operations Assistant must manage their work efficiently and be willing to learn new practices and procedures. The person in this role must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A flexible mindset, sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willingness to pitch in are highly valued. This role is in a temporary part-time or internship capacity (20 hours per week) for a period of one year until the end of May 2025. Starting Rate is $20/hour. Position includes prorated paid time off in accordance with the Trust's leave policy.
