The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of strategies for the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individual donors to the AdventHealth Kansas City Foundation (AHKCF) in support of the Britain Development and Early Learning programs at the B.E. Smith Family Center. The Officer will execute annual campaigns, capital campaigns and planned giving efforts while supporting fundraising communications, events and other special projects.

Cultivate, solicit and steward individuals for gifts to Foundation campaigns and initiatives
Help donors accomplish their philanthropic goals and ambitions through a relationship with our organization
Secure individual annual, major and planned gifts with the goal of raising $1-$1.5 million annually through direct solicitations in face-to-face meetings and other forms of communication
Execute a stewardship cycle continuum of identification, cultivation, plan development, solicitation and stewardship resulting in meaningful gifts
Manage a portfolio of 150 donors and donor prospects, primarily individuals and philanthropic families

Bachelor's Required
