Our premiere suite of companies includes an industry-leading, fast-growing autism care/ABA therapy provider with clinics in multiple states and other various behavioral healthcare businesses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, or grantmaking
  • Working knowledge of private foundation operations and compliance
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and grant or donor management systems

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the Foundation’s mission, strategy, and annual giving plan
  • Coordinate board meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and resolutions
  • Maintain foundation records, filings, and compliance documentation (e.g., 990-PF)
  • Partner with legal and accounting advisors to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Track goals, KPIs, and annual philanthropic priorities
  • Manage the full grant lifecycle from intake through reporting
  • Maintain accurate grant tracking systems and documentation
  • Draft grant agreements and monitor active grants
  • Research potential grantees and emerging philanthropic trends
  • Prepare summaries and recommendations for family and board review
  • Cultivate relationships with nonprofit leaders and community stakeholders
  • Represent the Foundation professionally in all communications
  • Coordinate site visits, community events, and partnership meetings
  • Collaborate internally to highlight philanthropic impact and outcomes
  • Maintain digital and physical records related to philanthropy
  • Track charitable budgets and disbursements with accounting
  • Prepare briefings, correspondence, and progress reports
  • Support special initiatives such as scholarships or signature giving programs
  • Assist with next-generation family engagement in philanthropy
