(REMOTE/Western US) We are seeking a Philanthropy Advisor for our Transformational Giving team. The Philanthropy advisor will be responsible for the cultivation, management, and solicitation of a portfolio of existing and prospective major giving donors. The Philanthropy Advisor will be responsible for initiating action plans to establish lasting relationships with donors where The Fellowship becomes their primary charity for giving. Essential to this position is having the ability to oversee current Fellowship efforts and international current events that provide opportunities to expand our donor base. We are seeking an individual with Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fundraising and cultivating major donors or in sales and customer relations. Previous development and major gift experience, CFRE preferred. Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of donors and to understand the needs and passions of donors. Proven fundraising track record in major gifts and or planned giving.
