About The Position
The Philanthropic Fund Analyst plays an essential role in supporting the financial operations of donated fund activities across all foundations within the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS). Coordinating with ministry and health system finance leadership, this position ensures accurate and efficient handling of all philanthropic funds donated and spent within the foundations. It supports financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams within the Foundations, FMOLHS, and market-based operations to enhance philanthropic impact, transparency, and donor stewardship.
