The Doe Fund is a leading New York City non-profit organization that operates the enormously visible Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) program, whose participants clean over 115 miles of streets and sidewalks every day. With an $80 million budget, 500+ staff members, and 46,000 individual donors, The Doe Fund is nationally acclaimed as a work-based model for solving homelessness and criminal recidivism. We empower people to break the cycles of homelessness, welfare dependency, substance abuse, and incarceration through innovative work and housing programs. The Doe Fund is seeking a Philanthropic Engagement Coordinator who is eager to engage the broader community in our critical mission. Reporting to the Vice President of Philanthropic Engagement, the Coordinator will serve as the direct contact person for our Young Professionals Council, develop and implement meaningful corporate engagement leading to philanthropic investment, collaborate with the Communications team on a robust monthly direct mail strategy, and support the implementation of The Doe Fund's special events. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, paid retirement plan participation, paid sick, personal, and vacation time, paid holidays, discounted gym memberships, and more.
